Even though we’ve grown to 250+ employees, Glynn has always felt like a family. Maybe it’s because we started out as a real family business when founder Matt Glynn launched his own little electrical company with the help of his wife, Karen and his mother taking care of the bookkeeping.  But we think it’s more to do with the family culture we have created and the kind of people who have joined up along the way. We are fortunate to have a team of great people who genuinely care about one another and root for each other’s success.
